In the general email setting, you will see only the email headers that we set while sending an email from the system. As of October 2016, the system sends email from the customer relationship and human resource management module.
The email templates in the bottom of this screen are associated with the HRM notification emails. If you deactivate the HRM module, then these email templates will not be visible in the settings page.
