Creating or Updating a new Company

Go to WP Admin Dashboard → WP ERP → CRM → Companies → Add New Company.

The video shows how easy it is to add a new company to your database. Continue to fill out the form as shown in the video.

Once added, you can assign the company to individual contacts, create segments, and even assign them into groups the same way you would do when adding and managing contacts.

Like Contacts Management, here also you can Add Search Segment and Search your companies using different filters and parameters.

After creating, you can also update, change or delete the company by hovering on it from WP Admin Dashboard → WP ERP → CRM → Companies page.

Click on a company to access CRM features of the company.

From the company profile, you can assign contacts to the company, and also assign them into multiple groups.

Like Contacts Management, you can add notes, tasks to your CRM agents, schedule calls and meetings, and send email to the company from the profile page.
