How to turn CRM contacts to Accounting customers

Turning CRM contacts to accounting customers is a piece of cake in WP ERP.

Navigate to WP Admin Dashboard → WP ERP → Settings → Accounting.

Next, make sure that the Auto Import option is turned on. Select On from the drop-down. Here is a screenshot:

Also, make sure that you check the two boxes of Import Users From Contact and Company.

Now, all the contacts that you create will automatically be imported to the Accounting customer list.

Now, let’s create a contact to check how it works:

Go to the WP Admin Dashboard → WP ERP → CRM → Contacts → Add New Contact. You will see the following screen:

Now, create a contact by clicking on the Add New Contact option. Fill out with all the necessary information and hit the Add New button.

Once you do it, a contact named John Doe will not only be created but also be imported into the Accounting customer list. Here is your new contact in CRM:

Now, let’s check if the contact is imported into Accounting customer list or not. Go to the WP Admin Dashboard → WP ERP → Accounting → Customers to check it out.

The importing process happened automatically because you did turn Auto Import on.

Note- 1: This automatic import process will only work when you turn the Auto Import option on. If you have contacts prior to turning Auto Import on then those contacts will not be imported to Accounting Customer list.

Note- 2: You can also import the Company contacts to Accounting customer in the same way.
