Overview

WP ERP is the first and only complete ERP suite available for WordPress. The module provides extensive customer management features. It also has a rich and detailed CRM Dashboard.

CRM Dashboard

To view the dashboard, navigate to WP Admin Dashboard → WP ERP→ CRM → Overview.

From here, you can get a bird’s eye view of your CRM system. You can view how many contacts you have and their segmentation. Same goes for your company contacts.

The CRM Dashboard gives you the following details –

• Total Number of Contacts
• Life-stage wise Segmentation with Numbers
• Present and Upcoming Schedules
• Recently Added Contacts & Companies
• Total Number of Inbound Emails

Calendar & Schedules at A Glance

There is also a calendar that shows all your schedules and activities. You can click on any schedule to view more details.
